Affiliate Program Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 4, 2025

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern participation in the **Hormone Health Advantage Affiliate Program** ("Program"). By registering as an affiliate (“Affiliate”), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

To enroll in the Program, you must:

* Be at least 18 years old.

* Have a valid email address and active payment method.

* Comply with all local, national, and international laws applicable to your promotions.

Hormone Health Advantage reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

Affiliate ID and Tracking

Upon approval, you will receive a unique affiliate ID (or number). You must use this ID in your promotional links. Sales and referrals tracked through your ID are eligible for commission. We are not responsible for tracking issues due to improperly formatted links.

Commissions and Payouts

Commission: Varies based on affiliate type and tier.

Cookie Duration: 90 days

Payment Schedule: Monthly, on the 1st Monday of the following month

Payment Method: PayPal or direct deposit (where available)

Commissions are only paid on completed, non-refunded purchases. If a customer cancels or requests a refund, the associated commission will be reversed or deducted from future payments.

Prohibited Activities

You agree **not** to:

* Use false or misleading statements about Hormone Health Advantage products.

* Send spam or unsolicited messages.

* Use pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns targeting branded terms like “Hormone Health Advantage” or misspellings.

* Promote on websites or platforms that contain hate speech, adult content, violence, or illegal activity.

* Engage in self-referrals or fraudulent activity to generate commissions.

Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination from the Program and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions.

Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate of Hormone Health Advantage, you act as an independent promoter. You are responsible for:

* Providing honest and ethical marketing of our products.

* Complying with FTC guidelines, including proper disclosures (e.g., stating “I may earn a commission…”).

* Keeping your contact and payment information up to date.

Termination

We may terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause. Reasons for termination may include:

* Violation of these Terms

* Inactivity for more than 6 months

* Fraudulent activity

Upon termination, you must immediately stop promoting Hormone Health Advantage and remove all affiliate links.

Limitation of Liability

Hormone Health Advantage is not liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability is limited to the commissions paid to you over the preceding 6 months.

Changes to Terms

Hormone Health Advantage may update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict of law principles.
